CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have read and agree to the following cancellation policies:

-Any changes to your reservations will result in a processing fee of $25. There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival.
-No money back on cancellations after the first change.
-All cancellations must be made via e-mail
-Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before 11 calendar days of your check-in date will result in 150 USD cancellation fees,
if you cancelled inside the 10 days or you do not show up the total amount will be forfeit.
-There are no refunds for early departures.
-There are no refunds for holiday dates which include spring break. No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.
Please make sure you clearly understand and agree with our payment, change and refund policies.
Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
